Rigor in the food industry is more crucial than ever, with quality standards becoming ever more demanding. Aware of this imperative, Agro Food Industrie is redoubling its efforts by investing in the training of its teams to guarantee consumer satisfaction.
As part of this approach, Agro Food Industrie recently organized two crucial training courses.
The first training session focused on the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. A dedicated multi-disciplinary group was set up within Salam to start implementing the HACCP system. Work sessions have been initiated to validate a manual of prerequisite programs. The main aim of these sessions is to define the basic conditions and activities required to maintain a hygienic environment throughout the food chain, conducive to the production, handling and availability of safe and healthy finished products.
The second training session focused on Prerequisites in Food Processing Environments (PRP), highlighting the importance of prerequisites in guaranteeing the quality and safety of food products. These prerequisites play a very important role in ensuring optimal conditions throughout the process, from production to the release of finished products.
At Agro Food Industrie, every working session and every stage of implementation is aimed at delivering finished products of impeccable quality, meeting the strictest standards and ensuring the happiness of our customers and consumers.
